Shipping policy
We will take every care to package and send your items to you in excellent condition, however, please note that due to most of our products being imported, there might be slight imperfections in the outside packaging. If advance order items arrive to us damaged we will inform you and try to arrange a refund/replacement with the original supplier where possible, prior to sending it to you. We cannot take responsibility for any external or internal damages of items caused by import or delivery of the items to you by mail providers.
Once your package has been sent out to you, we will do our best to inform you of any delays, however once we have sent the package in the post, we cannot take responsibility for any mail provider strikes, or the package being delayed, damaged, lost or stolen. We can provide proof of postage, or a tracking number for orders with paid tracked delivery, if requested.
Please note that we will use the addressee and delivery/shipping address as listed in the order by customers. We cannot take responsilibility for errors in the details provided to us or for changes in address once the order has been posted, and therefore would not offer refunds or replacements for such items posted out. Tracking or retrieval of any such posted items would need to be handled by the customer.

Please note that the shipping cost might include postage, packaging and handling, and therefore might not be the same as the delivery costs published by the mail providers.
If the shipping option selected at checkout will not cover the cost of shipping the item, we will contact you to inform on any extra payment required. We will always help you with the most economical shipping option.
Large items or large orders: For orders of any large sized item(s) (e.g. larger than average sized books, albums or DVDs, or Dicon boxes), or large orders of multiple items, that would exceed Royal Mail small or medium parcel dimensions, please select the shipping option "First Class Royal Mail Medium Parcel up to 20kg". If more payment is required to ship the item to you, we will then inform you on how much extra that would be. We will strive to help lower your shipping costs by offering the most economical shipping option. Alternatively if checking out a large order of multiple items consider splitting the order into smaller orders, which may save on shipping.
Returns: We do not usually cover costs for Returns (please see our Returns Policy for further details).
International shipping: Please note that customers will be responsible for calculation and payment of any taxes or extra delivery fees imposed on items shipped out to locations outside of the UK, once we have posted the items.
